One Man, One Cow, One Planet
How to save the world
http://www.howtosavetheworld.co.nz
Our existence on this planet is precarious.
Modern industrial agriculture is destroying the earth:
esertification, water scarcity, toxic cocktails of agricultural chemicals pervading our food chains, ocean ecosystem collapse, soil erosion and massive loss of soil fertility.
Our ecosystems ore overwhelmed. Humanity's increasing demands are exceeding the Earth's carrying capacity.
A simple recipe to save the world?
One old man and a bucket of cow-shit.

Urban Aquaculture
@ good.is
Professor Martin Schreibman says our oceans have been overfished beyond repair. If we're going to keep eating fish and chips, tuna tartare, and all those omega-3 fatty acids, we may have to rely on aquaculture. Schreibman is working to bring those fish farms into the city.
